We are not a recruitment agency and this is not a testing platform. This is formative evaluation of real-world performance, offering insight into the strengths of neurodivergent candidates and guidance on how to best support them to thrive in your workplace.
During the assessment day, the technical task creates a realistic, meaningful working context. The candidate is doing something real — reading a drawing, reviewing code, analysing a scenario. Because it is real and engaging, they relax into it and show you who they actually are. That is when the observation begins.
Observation includes consideration of the candidate’s response to difficulty and their communication style. We use our proprietary observation framework to produce a comprehensive picture of each neurodivergent candidate to inform future line managers and HR professionals how best to nurture their innate strengths and talents.
Following the assessment day, we produce a document detailing our findings and guidance for how best to support the individual. We call this a “Playbook” as it details strategies for success.
